    CoreForged provides AI consulting, governance advisory, implementation services, digital products (Seidrbooks), and related tools. Service availability and features may change at our discretion.

    3. Accounts and Licenses

    Some features require account creation or license activation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. License keys are non-transferable and subject to the terms provided at time of purchase.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All content on our websites — including text, graphics, code, methodologies, frameworks, and documentation — is the proprietary intellectual property of CoreForged LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

    5. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfere with the operation of our websites or services
    • Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content without permission

    6. Purchases and Refunds

    Purchases of Seidrbooks and other digital products are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated at point of purchase. Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    CoreForged provides services and content on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

    8. Warranty Disclaimer

    We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided through our websites. AI consulting outcomes depend on implementation context and are not guaranteed.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
