    Paid Media Manager

Google Ads search campaigns, planned with your AI agent and built by you.

    $249one-time purchase

An MCP plugin that walks your AI agent through a 10-step guided journey toward Google Ads search campaigns. Your credentials stay on the KeyRing, and a read-only live check verifies your account setup. Turning on spend is your call.

Requires CoreforgedMCP gateway (free). Google Ads account, a Google Cloud project with the Google Ads API enabled, and a Desktop OAuth client required.

    How It Works

Secure your credentials, walk the guided journey with your agent, and build campaigns from what the journey produces.

    01

    Secure Your Credentials

Your Google OAuth credentials go onto the KeyRing and never enter the chat or a config file. Its status and setup checks show account IDs masked.

    02

    Walk the Guided Journey

Your agent reads your codebase for context, asks Discovery questions, verifies your setup against the Google Ads API, and walks you through 10 steps from Discovery to Launch.

    03

    You Build the Campaigns

The journey produces keyword groups, ad copy, and a launch plan. You build each campaign in Google Ads, save it as an unpublished draft, review, and decide when to publish.

    Six Tools

Paid Media Manager 0.3.0 gives your agent six tools. It needs coreforged-mcp 1.4.0 or later.

    pmm_status

    Status Check

Check setup: each Google Ads credential's KeyRing state, the refresh token's expiry, and the pinned Google Ads API version.

    pmm_verify_setup

    Live Verification

Live check against the Google Ads API: accessible customers, the manager link when there is one, and the Cloud project's API access level.

    pmm_google_ads_request

    Read Request

Make one read-only Google Ads request through the KeyRing with Paid Media Manager's own credentials: list your accessible accounts, or run a Google Ads query. Google's data comes back as Google sends it, customer IDs included.

    pmm_journey_status

    Journey Progress

Check guided setup progress: current phase, its journey file, and what's left.

    pmm_journey_discover

    Discovery

Record the Discovery answers and set the journey's paths.

    pmm_journey_advance

    Advance Step

Mark a setup step complete once its dependencies, discovery answers and proof are in place.

    What's Under the Hood

    KeyRing-Secured Credentials

Your Google OAuth credentials stay on the KeyRing and never enter your AI conversation or a tool result. Its status and setup checks show account IDs masked, and a read request returns Google's data as Google sends it.

    Read-Only in This Version

Paid Media Manager's tools only read your Google Ads account, and the KeyRing refuses every Google Ads change. Every change to your campaigns is yours to make.

    10-Step Guided Journey

A locked-gate state machine walks you from Discovery through Launch. A step opens only once the steps it depends on are done, so you can't skip ahead.

    Search First, Measured on Revenue

New accounts start with Google Search campaigns. Success is judged on conversions and revenue, not clicks or impressions.

    Works with Digital Analytics Manager

With Digital Analytics Manager installed, conversion tracking runs through it, and your GA4 conversions flow into your Google Ads account.

    Who Is This For?

Businesses starting Google Search ads for the first time, with an AI agent and an app codebase to build from
Teams restarting paid search properly after a failed first attempt or agency handoff
Site owners who want their agent to do the keyword research, starting from what's in their codebase

    Before You Start

    Your Agent Needs

    The CoreforgedMCP gateway (free)
    A Google Ads account
A Google Cloud project with the Google Ads API enabled. Access starts at the Test level, which works only on test accounts. Running against your real ad account needs Explorer or Basic access, which you apply for with Google.
A Desktop OAuth client in that project. If your OAuth consent screen stays in Google's Testing mode, Google ends the sign-in every 7 days, and you'll re-authorize the KeyRing each week.
A manager account (only if you need to link and manage several accounts)
The CoreforgedMCP KeyRing (free, bundled with the gateway) — setup guide

    You'll Handle (Human-Only)

A dedicated Google account for Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager
A business address (not a home address)
    Advertiser verification with identity documents

    How It Fits Together

    CoreforgedMCP Gateway (free)
      ├── KeyRing Plugin (free, bundled)

      │ └── GA4, Search Console, PageSpeed
│ └── Conversion tracking for your ads

            ├── pmm_journey_discover — record Discovery answers
            └── pmm_journey_advance — advance setup steps

All three plugins dock into the same gateway. Digital Analytics Manager tracks conversions, and the KeyRing holds every credential.

    What It Won't Do

These limits are there by design.

Doesn't create or change campaigns through the API; you build them from the journey's plans and save each one as an unpublished draft
Doesn't turn on ad spend — only you do
Doesn't put your secrets in the chat, in tool results, or in your project's config files
Doesn't set up GA4 or GTM (Digital Analytics Manager does that)
Doesn't create Smart campaigns or use Google's guided campaign setup
    Doesn't cover Microsoft Advertising

    Install

    1. Install or upgrade the gateway

    pipx install "coreforged-mcp>=1.4.0"

Already have it? pipx upgrade coreforged-mcp

    2. Install the plugin

    coreforged-mcp install-plugin "<path>\CF_Paid_Media_Manager_V_0_3_0.zip"

    3. Initialize the loadout

    coreforged-mcp init --loadout paid-media

    Coming Next

Version 0.3.0 is the 10-step guided journey, including Discovery and the live account check, and adds read-only Google Ads requests. Future versions will add:

Campaign creation through the Google Ads API, building paused campaigns for you instead of by hand
A truth gate that verifies every ad headline, offer, and testimonial against your codebase before submission
A registry that tracks every campaign, ad group, and keyword list so re-runs update in place instead of duplicating

    Questions

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Built with and for Claude, and tested on Claude Desktop and Claude Code. Created for any agent: the tools are a standard MCP server. So any agent that can use MCP tools, like Codex or Zed, should be able to follow it.

Your Ads, Built from Your Codebase

Your agent walks the journey and the KeyRing holds the credentials. Nothing goes live until you say so.
